GuestLogix, the Toronto-based seller of merchandising technology for airlines and rail operators, says that its onboard technology division has been acquired by a Canadian investment group made up of Stornoway Portfolio Management, Bridgecorp Canada, Logan Peak Capital, and Klass Capital.
