Mr. Collot holds an MBA from Cornell and possesses a rich 25 years’ experience in the luxury industry earned on 4 continents in which he served 6 years as General Manager. Prior to coming to China he was managing the multiple-award winning property and leading hotel of the world “Maradiva Villa Resort and Spa” in Mauritius, and worked for the luxury hotel operator Banyan Tree hotels and Resorts in Morocco and in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Operation background grows him to be a leader with personalities of circumspection, strictness and high standard.  His working styles are efficiency, accuracyand focusing on details, constantly put guest’s requests in the top priority.Mr. FabriceCollot is good at communication and observation so gaining an excellent relationship with friends and different societies, which creates a market reputation and builds up a solid business base for the hotel.

Mr. Collot also possesses diplomas in French cooking, modern pastry and he is a certified chocolatier and sommelier. He also loves driving sports cars, motorcycles, and possesses an airplane private pilot license and a motorboat license. Mr. Collot is conversant in five languages; French, English, Spanish, Russian and Arabic. His other hobbies include travel, ethnic food, vintage wine, literature, computers, music, skiing, golf, photography and deep sea diving.
