His chief role is to formulate and analyse guest service improvement strategies and provide direction and initiatives to all Lanson Place guest service operations, ensuring that these are incorporated and delivered by Lanson Place guest service team. With over 20 years of experience in guest service positions, Soo has worked at W Hong Kong where he served as director of welcome – rooms division. Prior to this he worked for various luxury hotel groups such as Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, InterContinental Hong Kong and Swire Hotels Group. As an experienced concierge Soo has been a member of the Society of the Golden Key of Hong Kong since 2003. In addition, he has been selected as a ‘Hong Kong Hero’ by Conde Nast Traveller magazine in recognition of his profound local know-how. |
