Amara, an upscale Singaporean hotel brand, has expanded to the Thai market with the new Amara Bangkok, which will be under the hospitality arm of Amara Holdings Limited, Amara Hotels & Resorts.

The property is located in Surawong, parallel to Silom and Sathorn Roads in Bangkok's central business district and in the heart of Bangkok's popular shopping and nightlife district.

Amara Bangkok is centrally located in Surawong, within easy reach of popular areas such as the night market, food stores and key shopping areas. Surawong Road runs parallel to Silom and Sathorn Roads, Bangkok's CBD and the popular entertainment enclaves of Thaniya and Patpong.

Facilities at the property include, a rooftop infinity pool and AkaAza rooftop bar on the 26th floor, a Grand Ballroom and two function rooms. The hotel also offers events and meeting facilities with its 4.6 metre high ceiling in the Grand Ballroom Tanjong Pagar 1 and 2, named after where Amara Singapore, Amara Group's flagship property, is located.
