Kempinski hotel was delighted to announce to appoint Detlef Winter with 30 years experience in the hospitality field as the General Manager of the Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan.

Kempinski announced the appointment of Detlef Winter as the General Manager of the Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan.

Mr. Winter brings the "European Flair" to Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan, located in the Ningxia Province of northern China. He joined the hotel from his most recent posting as General Manager of the Athens Ledra Marriott Hotel.

Looking back on over 30 years in the hospitality field, Mr. Winter developed his career in various destinations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, where he represented well known international brands such as Hilton Hotels, Rotana Hotels, Serena Hotels and Marriott Hotels in the role of General Manager. Through his vast international exposure he acquired experience in Business Development, Revenue Management, F&B Management and Rooms Division. His well-rounded background in the industry will be a driving force in helping the Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan maintain the excellent reputation in terms of products, services and facilities. He also plans to bring in more business and further improve guest satisfaction, targeting not only the regional market, but more international guests from Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
