On November 6, the economy hotel chain, City Comfort Inn Group, which established by Cheng Xinhua, a Hubei businessman, announced to launch two new brands---Yi Shang Express and YICEN Express which will be sub-brands of Eastern Crown Hotels Group. Although these two new brands also belong to economy hotel, the qualities of them are better than traditional economy hotels.
