A Chinese national born in Fujian, Andy has over 18 years of experience within the hospitality industry. For the past 5 years, Andy has been working for Marco Polo Hotels as Director of Human Resources in a variety of esteemed properties. In his new role Andy will be responsible for the overall accountability, design and execution of all strategic and Operational activities across the hotel.
