Pending government approval, the Shanghai-based carrier will operate once-weekly on the Yangzhou-Jeju-Harbin and Harbin-Jeju-Shanghai Pudong routes. It also plans to fly twice-weekly on Harbin-Jeju-Yangzhou, Tianjin-Jeju-Yangzhou, Tianjin-Jeju-Shanghai Pudong and Shanghai Pudong-Jeju-Harbin routes. Besides, the low-cost carrier is also seeking rights for thrice-weekly services on Yangzhou-Jeju-Tianjin Urumqi-Shijiazhuang-Jeju and Shijiazhuang-Jeju-Shijiazhuang-Urumqi routes. The airline will deploy Airbus A320s on all above routes, the CAAC said. Spring Airlines already flies to Jeju from Hangzhou, Harbin, Shanghai, Shijiazhuang and Tianjin.
