High-end and mid-range villa and apartment rental platform SenseLuxury confirmed that the company had completed its series B-round funding from GoHigh Fund, which is also an investor of 7 days Inn, Red Star Macalline and Mofang Apartment.       

SenseLuxury has developed a pool of thousands of high-end apartments and villas in 149 destinations since its website went online in 2014, and the pool is still rapidly expanding. The company aims at providing Chinese travelers with unique accommodation and booking experience in apartments that have been inspected and selected.  

SenseLuxury plans to continue its focus on customer experience by expanding overseas accommodation choices and improving the online booking experience. It also aims to strengthen branding and marketing, the company’s founder Hao Bian said.

The company completed its A-round financing in November 2015, in which SIG was the lead investor and China Rock followed. Its series Pre-A round had ZTE Corporation’s finance arm, ZTEVC (“中兴合创”) as the investor. (Translated by Jerry)
