Customized travel service platform Uthing announced on Wednesday that the company has completed its acquisition of Huiwan, a Chinese language chauffeured service provider for outbound tourists. The consolidated company will band together to extend its services to a broader range of overseas tourist destinations, according to the announcement. 

Through the consolidation, Uthing has secured traffic portals at both the PC and the App ends to forge a greater chain of tourist services covering mid-range and high-end customized travel, itinerary recommendation and planning.  

Huiwan was founded in 2014 as the first internet startup providing outbound tourists with Chinese-language chauffeured service. The company has so far established its service network in 60 major travel destinations worldwide. (Translated by Jerry)
