Six groups signed strategic cooperation agreement to create Chinese hotel alliance, which is a milestone in the history of Chinese hospitality industry.

On July 6th, China's hotel alliance development conference was held in New Century Grand Hotel Beijing. Celebrity City Hotels, Huatian International Hotel Management Company, New Century Hotels & Resorts, Newbeacon Group, Shuguang Group and Guangdong (International) Hotel Management Holdings Company signed strategic cooperation agreement. This is not only a milestone in the history of Chinese hospitality industry, but also closely related to every common people on a trip.

In China’s hospitality industry, the concept of the alliance is not fresh. Even some groups have tries to achieve this concept. But so far, there are few loose organizations which can not satisfy guests’ needs. Members of the “Alliance” cannot get profit. These “Alliance” are lack of mechanism.

The alliance consisted of six large groups will invest to build an independent internet group for creating a platform for the operation of the PC website and mobile social applications.

The alliance covers 250 upscale and midscale hotels and 60000 rooms in major business and travel destination city. The members of alliance are 5 million. The alliance will cooperate in terms of capital and establish a strong technical service platform. The alliance plans to own over 50 midscale and upscale hotel groups and 1500 hotels.
