The Hilton Shanghai is the first official Outside Catering Service License issued by the Shanghai Food and Drug Regulatory Administration.

Rewarded for its commitment to quality and hygiene, the Hilton Shanghai is the proud recipient of the first official Outside Catering Service License issued by the Shanghai Food and Drug Regulatory Administration.

Speaking about this award, General Manager, Gerd Knaust comments, “Hilton Shanghai is honored to be the first-ever Shanghai hotel to be granted this official license. Clients can be even more confident and assured of our continued commitment to delivering superior catering services with a particular emphasis on standards of hygiene.”

For more than a decade, Hilton Shanghai has been the official catering services supplier for several major sporting events in the city such as the ATP World Tour Masters and more recently the Volvo Golf Open Championship inShanghai.

Mr Knaust also states, “This recognition will enable the hotel to strive to become the preferred provider of even more outside events in the city, as it acknowledges that we are dedicated to ensuring safe and superior food preparation within our Catering services.“
