Wyndham Hotel Group debuted LEED-certifiable, new-construction prototypes for its Days Inn and Super 8 brands. Prototypical offerings now are available for a total of six Wyndham brands.

The prototypes include all architectural designs, documentation and FF&E packages.

Wyndham Hotel Group also unveiled refreshed design guidelines for U.S. hotels to be used for both conversions and property renovations. The guidelines include updated schemes for guestrooms and public spaces, and most feature key brand-defining elements to achieve a consistent look from property to property and enable current owners to renovate over a set period of time.
