The prototypes include all architectural designs, documentation and FF&E packages. The guidelines include updated schemes for guestrooms and public spaces, and most feature key brand-defining elements to achieve a consistent look from property to property and enable current owners to renovate over a set period of time. “This is one of the strongest development environments that we’ve seen in the U.S. in the last decade, and we want to be sure that all of our brands are well positioned and that we’re making it easy for prospective developers to do business with us,” said Geoff Ballotti, Wyndham Hotel Group president and chief executive officer. |
