　　Shenyang Lido Business Co. Ltd., a sino-foreign cooperative joint venture established in the PRC invested by Hui Xian, holds the land use rights and building ownership rights in Sheraton Shenyang Lido Hotel.? The hotel will be renamed as Sofitel Shenyang Lido.
