　　Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide has appointed Mr. Claudio Nardini as the General Manager for Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort, Jan 2013 ,Huzhou, China.As an experienced hotelier with more than 40 years in the industry, Mr. Nardini a native Italian joined Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. at the time ITT, in 1980 at Sheraton Amman, Jordan, and appointed for about 12 years as General Manager also to Sheraton Doha Hotel and Resort, Sheraton Gulf Hotel in Qatar, Sheraton Sana’a Yemen, Sheraton Fes Morocco, Sheraton Amon in Aswan Egypt and Sheraton Basrah, Iraq.

　　Mr. Nardini moved to China in 2002, he was the General Manager of Sheraton Sanya Resort (The first Resort under Starwood Hotels and Resorts Group in China) and Managing Director of Hainan. Prior to joining Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort, Mr. Nardini was the General Manager of Sheraton Futian Shenzhen.

　　His hospitality responsibilities have been also as the Managing Director and Vice President of Operations for a private Egyptian Hotel Company, based in Cairo. He held the position of Director of Operations for the Renaissance Hotel Goha, India and Area Manager of 3 Leading Hotels of the World in Italy. For 6 years, Mr. Nardini worked in United States with an independent Hotel Company in the capacity of General Manager. Also, worked in England for the Savoy Group and Grand Metropolitan Hotels for about 9 years in Junior / Senior Management positions, starting his career in his hometown, Rome Italy, with CIGA Hotels.
