Shanghai-Pullman Shanghai Skyway recently is pleased to appoint Mr. Allan Dupros as the Executive Chef of Pullman Shanghai Skyway. A French national, Hotel Professional diploma holder from the BAC Professionnel Hotellerie-restauration option kitchen and BEP & CAP Hotellerie-restauration option kitchen. Chef Allan brings with him over 15 years of the talent and rich experience from previous culinary positions with Accor held in French, British and China. Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Chef of Novotel Wuhan Xinhua. In this role, Chef Allan oversees all food & beverage outlets at the hotel, including Zaffraan International Restaurant, Hua Fu Chinese Restaurant, Blu Bar, Lakeside Café, La Boutique and Executive Lounge, as well as room service, catering and special events. Mr. Arthur Ai, the General Manager of Pullman Shanghai Skyway stated: “We are very pleased to have a highly experienced and creative Executive Chef leading our kitchen brigade!” |
