　　Sheraton Dongguan Hotel is pleased to welcome Mr. Selva Raja as the new Director of Food & Beverage. Prior to his appointment in Sheraton Dongguan Hotel, he shared his 15 years of hospitality experience at Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort, Malaysia and also served with Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Inc in South East Asia region. He has all aspects of F&B operations from kitchens/preparation, guest services, menu engineering, cost control and latest banquet trend. Selva is highly focused, dedicated and has a very good understanding of Food & Beverage, he always believes that “Nothing is Impossible” and he walk extra miles to make things happen.

　　In this role, Mr. Selva Raja oversees all food & beverage outlets at the hotel, including Botanica Brasserie, Luigi Italian Restaurant, Renzo Lounge and banquet operation, as well as room services. Selva will lead the F&B team to the great success with his years of experience in international hotel management, a solid background of operating a large scale of food service facilities, and his active, hands-on management style.
