Tommy Liu comes from Dalian with 18 years cooking occupation career in Shangri-La and Hilton hotel management group. With his rich experience he will be in charge of daily operations of Kitchen group in Hilton Nanjing. He was executive chef of Kempinski Hotel Dalian before he came to Nanjing. Tommy Liu has been worked in different countries such as Singapore, Thailand and Guam, so we believe he can bring new vitality to Hilton Nanjing and give food lovers better taste depend on his deep understanding of different repast culture and professional cooking skill. |
