White Lodging Services has named Bill Farrell as Hyatt Place Nashville / Downtown"s general manager. White Lodging Services has named Bill Farrell as Hyatt Place Nashville/Downtown"s general manager, according to a news release.
Farrell was previously the general manager at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown/Old Market in Omaha, Neb., and has served in six general manager positions with White Lodging after joining the company in 2001 as a front desk manager. "Nashville has so much to offer, and with the addition of the new Music City Center and the Hyatt Place in downtown, we look forward to building on the city"s great reputation and creating a world class experience for all of those that visit," Farrell said in the statement. Nicole Nielsen, former director of group sales at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown, is the director of sales for the Hyatt. The 255-room Hyatt hotel, owned by affiliates of Host Hotels & Resorts and White Lodging, is slated to open in the fourth quarter of the year, according to White Lodging"s website. |
