　　Mauricio comes from Sweden, having more than 20 years culinary experience across international including London, USA, Chile. In 2006, Mauricio came to China and started his Starwood Journey at Le Royal Meridien Shanghai as Executive Sous Chef and transferred to Westin Shenzhen Nanshan as Executive Chef in 2009. Before joining us, Mauricio was Executive Chef in Shangri-la Beijing.
