Accor announced that Roberts Ejubs has been appointed Director of Hotel Solutions, Greater China and Area General Manager, Dongguan.

　　Accor, the largest international hotel operator in Asia-Pacific, announced that Roberts Ejubs has been appointed Director of Hotel Solutions, Greater China and Area General Manager, Dongguan. Roberts will be responsible for supporting and driving hotel revenues and profitability, enhancing guest services and general performance of Accor hotels in Dongguan as well as developing and mentoring senior management in these hotels.

　　Roberts brings more than 20 years of expertise in hospitality with a strong background in operations, revenue, distribution, sales and marketing. Roberts joined Accor in 2005 as Regional Revenue Manager, Greater Sydney, followed by different assignments in New Zealand as Director of Revenue, New Zealand & Fiji and General Manager, Novotel Christchurch. Before taking this new role, Roberts held the position of Country Director of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue & Distribution for South Korea.

　　In this new position, Roberts will also focus on developing the Group’s franchise network in China across all Accor brands. He will continue to promote Accor’s leading sustainability and environmental platforms throughout China.

　　Roberts will be based in Shanghai and sit on Accor’s Regional Executive Management Committee reporting directly to Paul Richardson, Chief Operating Officer, Accor Greater China.
