　　The 359-room Fairmont Nanjing is located on the upper floors of the 62-storey Jin Ao Tower, overlooking the Yangtze River. All rooms will include 46-inch flatscreen TVs, high-speed internet access and bathrooms with rain showers, while there is also a range of Fairmont Gold rooms and suites – Fairmont’s club room concept.

　　Hotel facilities will include seven F&B outlets, including a restaurant located on the 60th floor and Nanjing’s first rooftop-bar, which is decked out with cabanas, a jacuzzi, music bar and a manmade beach. There is also a 1,120m² Willow Stream Spa with seven treatment rooms, an indoor mineral pool, saunas and steam rooms, plus more than 2,500m² of function space, including a 1,200-pax capacity ballroom.

　　Fairmont Nanjing becomes the brand’s fourth hotel in China, following properties in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu and Kunshan. But Fairmont plans to open at least three new Chinese properties in the coming years, including the Fairmont Chengdu & Residences, Fairmont Taiyuan and Fairmont Hangzhou.
