Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Co. announced that its outgoing CEO Bernold Schroeder will be replaced by Simon Zhang, the former CEO of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Development Co. .

　　Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company has announced the departure of Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bernold Schroeder who will be stepping down from his role to pursueanother business opportunity. Following his departure Mr. Simon Zhang, the former CEO of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Development Co.,Ltd. will assume the role of CEO at Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company.

　　Schroeder has served as the CEO of Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company since 2011, during which time he has been responsible for all aspects of the company's star-rated portfolio and establishing and executing its operation plan while directing the strategy and mission of the company.

　　Simon Zhang was formally the CEO of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Development Co.,Ltd. and has over 20 years of experience in hotel management and F&B operations. He stated, “I am very honored to be appointed this role and I will try my best to continue driving the strategic direction of the company and to further enhance the company’s operational efficiency and brand awareness.”
