　　Born and raised in Switzerland, Mr.Erné is a graduate of the Lausanne Hotel School and gained valuable early experience in leading hotels in the United States before moving to Asia in the mid eighties. His extensive background in upscale hospitality establishments include Marco Polo Hotels in Hong Kong, Xiamen / Fujian and Davao / Philippines, The City Club of Tokyo as well as a decade in Malaysia at the helm of Malacca Renaissance Hotel and Hotel Equatorial Bangi in Kuala Lumpur.

　　His last assignment prior to joining Kempinski Hotels was at the five-star Grand Hotel Bellevue, Gstaad/Switzerland. Mr. Erné speaks fluent English, German and French.

　　His over 30 years of hotel management experience provides the necessary expertise for the Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan to enter a new era of excellence and continue its success as one of the leading hotels in China.
