　　Mr. Pan brings with him over 13 years of hospitality industry experience. He came to Jinan in 2011, and assisted the hotel in pre-opening preparation and initial operation. During 3 years in Grand Mercure Jinan, Pan was soon been promoted to Executive Assistant Manager for his excellent performance at work. And he was also recognized and highly appreciated by Accor Group and its proprietors according to his outstanding leadership ability, work enthusiasm and deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
