Such scores are widely listed and referenced on major Global Distribution Systems (GDS), as well as Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). On a scale of 0 to 100, the higher a TrustScore the more the hotel has succeeded in fulfilling guests’ expectations and is recognised for its exceptional service quality.
