An energy saving webinar for the hospitality sector will be delivered by representatives from the UK’s market leading voltage optimisation solution – Powerstar – on the 18th June 2014

　　Having minimal impact on your working day, the 60 minute webinar is a free and flexible opportunity to learn more about the benefits of green technology – in particular, voltage optimisation which has been delivering energy savings to the hospitality industry for over a decade.

　　The webinar will be delivered by Gary Mills area sales executive for Powerstar and expert in voltage optimisation. Gary has over 5 years experience in the industry and currently works with a number of respected companies in the hospitality industry representing Powerstar.

　　What will I learn during the webinar?

　　Attendees will learn that in the UK the voltage supplied through the National Grid is, on average, 242V. This excess energy cannot be used productively and often manifests itself in appliances as heat and vibration. Despite the fact it offers no benefit, the excess energy is still being factored into a building’s electricity bill.

　　In addition, attendees will also learn that by optimising incoming voltage through the installation of Powerstar, average savings of 12%-15% on electricity consumption can be made, Powerstar will also reduce carbon emissions and provide around 10% savings on annual electricity costs, offering typical payback periods of under 3 years.
