Regent Hotels & Resorts has appointed Dexter Chia as Global Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

　　Regent Hotels & Resorts has appointed Dexter Chia as Global Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Chia will focus on sales and marketing strategies for Regent’scurrent and upcoming pipeline of new hotels, as well asbranding and communications.

　　Chia brings more than 25 yearsof hotelsales and marketing experience to the role, with his most recent position being Vice President of Sales and Marketing forthe Rosewood Hotel Group where he was responsible for implementing improvements to sales performance, strategic positioning and branding. Previously, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Intercontinental Hotels Group, he implemented key strategies to maximize hotel performance in greater China.Chia has also held senior leadership positions with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts.
