　　Ms. Alice Lian is a professional hotelier with 10 years working experience in the international brand hotels, in which 9 years with Marriott. She joined Sanya Marriott Hotel in 2004 and then transferred to Nanning Marriott to continue her finance related career. After a short period with IHG as a Director of Finance, she rejoins Marriott as Director of Finance
