Marriott Hotel, Shunde is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Leo Feng as Chinese Executive Chef. Chef Leo, a native of Hong Kong, started his culinary career in Hong Kong in 1975. With over 30 years experience under his belt, Chef Leo has worked in various fine-dining establishments and five-star hotels all over Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dalian, Fuzhou and other cities in mainland China. His previous posts included Sheraton Urumchi, Taihuang Seafood Restaurant Hsinchu Taiwan, Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel etc. Prior to joining Shunde Marriott Hotel, Chef Leo was the Chinese Executive Chef of Shangri-La Shenzhen Futian. Chef Leo has extensive culinary experience in Cantonese cuisine, especially the seafood and abalone cooking, with strengths in customer service, wedding menu structuring, and dining presentation. In his role as Chinese Executive Chef of Shunde Marriott Hotel, Chef Leo will oversee the hotel’s Chinese and banquet kitchen operations. |
