BTG-Jianguo Hotels and Resorts have signed “Yanqing Jianguo Hotel Carte Blanche Management Contract” with North Star Beichen Zhengfang.

BTG-Jianguo Hotels and Resorts have signed “Yanqing Jianguo Hotel Carte Blanche Management Contract” with North Star Beichen Zhengfang to build a five-star Jianguo Reaort on the side of the Yanqing Guishui River. It is reported that the hotel is in the planning. This project will begin next year and be completed in 2017. The insiders said that the cooperation between Yanqing and BTG-Jianguo can develop Beijing suburb tourism market and fill the resort and hotel gaps in the Beijing suburb tourism market.
